The Graduate Programme
The Graduate Development Programme is a two-year initiative crafted to realize your potential as an industry professional. Whether your aspirations lean towards business leadership or technical specialization, our programme equips you for success in both realms. You can expect:
Whilst on the finance programme graduates undertake 6-month placements in various finance teams, giving them exposure to all aspects of finance within Sellafield Ltd and an understanding of Sellafield’s business and the operating and regulatory environment within which the organisation works.
Finance graduates are given responsibilities such as preparing key reports, leading and attending meetings with business teams, analysing financial data, compiling and processing financial data for period-end among a range of other things. This gives graduates the opportunity to develop their finance and business skills whilst on the programme.
- Structured Support: Throughout the two-year tenure, we will guide you towards achieving chartered status or other professional development. Our dedicated team will provide guidance and resources to facilitate your journey.
- Diverse Placements: Gain exposure to various business areas through strategically designed placements. This experience will broaden your perspective and enhance your skill set.
